PrepDone is operated by Resources and consultancy Ltd and provides revision support for AQA GCSE Combined Science and AQA Separate/Triple Science at Foundation and Higher tier. It includes a personalised course map, AI-generated refreshers ("Explain Again"), Practice and Challenge questions, and AI marking with feedback.

PrepDone is a revision aid. It is not a school, a tutor, a replacement for your teacher or an exam board. We do not guarantee any particular grade, mark or exam result. You remain responsible for your own learning and exam preparation.

You need an account with a working email address to use PrepDone. You must confirm your email before starting your free trial. Keep your password private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. One account is for one learner.

• Every verified account may take one free trial of 3 days.
• No card or payment details are required to start the trial.
• When the trial ends, access to the revision content pauses. Because no payment method has been provided, nothing is charged automatically — you decide whether to subscribe.
• The trial start and end times are set by our servers when you start the trial. The free trial is intended to be used once per learner. We may prevent or close attempts to obtain repeated free trials through additional accounts. We may use a random anonymous identifier stored in your browser as a secondary check against repeated trials.

• The Learning Programme is a monthly subscription. Introductory price: £11.95 per month for subscriptions started on or before 31 December 2026.
• Standard price: £14.95 per month.
• From 1 January 2027, subscriptions on the introductory price move to £14.95 per month on the customer's normal renewal date. There is no separate or additional January charge.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel.
• All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any taxes that are legally applicable will be shown before payment.

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page provided by Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have under UK consumer law are unaffected. Outside those rights, we do not generally provide refunds for partly used subscription periods.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at support@prepdone.co.uk and we will look into it.

Exam Mode and Fast Track are planned one-time purchases, expected to open in March. They are not subscriptions and do not renew. The prices shown on the Plans & What You Get page — Exam Pack £19.95, Fast Track One Science £29.95, Fast Track All Three Sciences £44.95 — are the intended prices at launch. These products are not yet available to buy, and separate purchase terms will be shown at the point of purchase when they open.

Explanations, questions, marking and feedback in PrepDone are generated by AI models and are provided as revision aids. They are not official AQA materials and are not exam-board marking decisions. AI output can occasionally contain mistakes; if something looks wrong, check it against your class notes or textbook and let us know.

You must not attempt to misuse, disrupt or overload the service, share your account, bypass the trial or subscription checks, scrape content, or use automated tools to make AI requests. We may limit, suspend or end access where we reasonably believe this is happening. We may also temporarily pause AI generation for all users to protect the service.

We aim to keep PrepDone available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update the content, features or these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Where a change materially affects a paid subscription we will let you know by email first.

Your revision progress and confidence ratings are currently stored in your own browser rather than on our servers (see the Privacy Policy). We cannot restore progress that is lost when browser data is cleared or a different device is used.

We are responsible to you for loss caused by our failure to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for exam outcomes, for loss of locally stored progress, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
